Frequently Asked Questions

When is Drop Off and Pick Up?

Drop off is in the evening of 4:30-6:30 PM

Pick up is in the morning of 7:30-10:30 AM

What if I am not on time for my scheduled pick up date/time?

Arriving outside the drop off and pick up times will result in an additional fee. Before 7:30 am will be denied as well as after 6:30pm. If it is passed 6:30pm and the pet is still not picked up as scheduled then a convenience fee of $50 will be owed and pick up will be that following morning.

If you are running late (it happens) and are in need of extending your pet(s) stay please call us before 4:30PM of the original pick up date and we can extend the stay at the original price.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand things do not always go as planned! If you are in need of canceling please call us immediately. Cancelations within 24 hours from the time you scheduled your reservation may be given a refund in the form of a check. This check is sent through the mail minus a $15 processing fee. If you cancel AFTER 24 hours from the time you scheduled your reservation you may only be compensated with an in store credit.

What is an "In Store Credit"?

An in store credit is a credit you receive from a cancelation. This never expires and stays in your account here until you use it. This credit can be used at any time you'd like as long as availability permits.

What are the requirements?

We require only an updated documentation of your dogs Rabies, Bordetella, and DA2PP. Cats must have their Rabies, Leukemia, and FVRCP. All pets must have an enrollment form filled out (2 pets per enrollment form) and a deposit of at least 50% of the grand total must be paid at the time of scheduling to confirm your reservation ($20 minimum)

What should I bring?

  • Bring proof of vaccinations with the expiration dates- you may email, pull it up on your phone, or bring in paper documentation
  • For boarding you are required to provide enough food for your pet(s) while they stay here.
    • We prefer a secure closed container but bags are an option as long as they are sealable.
  • LEASH/CARRIER- your pet must always enter the building with a leash or carrier.

What if my pet(s) is human aggressive?

Being in a new environment can be super scary! When boarding with us we want your dog to feel safe and comfortable; to do that we make it our goal to offer more 1 on 1 attention so that we can build a bond with your fur baby. This can help relieve stress, boost confidence, and as well as make their stay more enjoyable for them. We go to the extremes of even taking them to public outings (with owners permission) and rewarding them with a delicious snow cone/pupachinno!

If the aggression is at an extreme level where it test the safety of the beloved staff and other animals then unfortunately we will have to make the difficult decision of having immediate pick up and will not be able to provide service for that pet UNLESS the behavior can be improved. We do not take it personally because we understand aggression is not typically out of anger for the pet it is simply just fear.

What if my pet(s) is dog aggressive?

Here we have specific protocols for these type of situations. It is totally okay if your pet may not want to be socialized. For everyone's safety, we will ensure that they will be separated from group play but still given the same attention to help them become more comfortable!
